[The Video package for ICW Monday Night Carnage plays throughout the arena before the cameras pan around showing off the sold out live audience and the Video Screen layout of the fans watching from home.]
(The scene switches backstage to see Eddie Lopez Sr standing in his office with a woman next to him looking concerned.)
Woman: You think this is wise? Putting your daughter and your ex wife in a match like this?
Eddie Lopez Sr: Sure I’m sure. Look, Carmen, they’ve been at each others throats for a year now and I’m tired of it.
Carmen Guterrez: Yeah but….
Eddie Lopez Sr: no buts! They made this bed and they’re going lie in it. Look, you’re my assistant since PWS closed, and you’ve been helping me with that paper work and when I signed here, I told them that you and I were packaged deal, and they listened. But you have no idea the hell I’ve been in since that announcement last year for war games in PWS, that led to this.
Carmen: Gutierrez: Oh no, i see the pain, your own amily fighting with each other is never easy. I just want this over with.
Eddie Lopez Sr: Me too, both of them are world championship material, and both are future hall of famers, still way too early for Gracie yet but Jenn is on the bubble for sure. I’ve been in the ring with BOTH of them, and i know how hard they’ve worked for this. That’s why i put them in a number 1 contenders match, because they deserve it, it’s not because bias, it’s because of their hardwork, years of dedication for this damn business.
Carmen Gutierrez: Any idea what the matches will be?
Eddie Lopez Sr: As a matter of fact, yes. 1st match will be in a Submissions only match!
Carmen Gutierrez: Good choice.
Eddie Lopez Sr: 2nd match will be a Street Fight!
Carmen Gutierrez: and the 3rd one?
Eddie Lopez Sr: If it comes down to it, hopefully it doesn’t but the 3rd match will be inside Hell in a Cell…..
(Eddie almost looks defeated when he says that, he doesn’t want his daughter or his ex-wife to be in a match like that but there’s nothing he can do about it because THEY need to finish this and he’s just… he’s just part of management now.)
Carmen Gutierrez: Wow….
Eddie Lopez Sr: I hope it doesn’t but the way things are leaning, it will and it’ll get nasty fast.
(Eddie Sr looks at his assistant for a moment before walking out his office door leaving her there watching him.)
George Sullivan: So, Submission, Street fight, and Hell in a cell? That’s the 3 stages of hell match? Oh god, the horror that’ll bring!
Harley Meisner: I don’t wanna be here when that explodes, and why would Eddie do that to his own family?! I know the whole no-bias thing but this is a bit too far if you ask me, risking 2 top names like those 2 in matches like this…
Sara Butler: They did this to themselves, they have nobody to blame. I just hope nobody gets hurt by this…
Freedom Fighters vs Reign Hunters
*Destiny Andry starts for her team and Glory starts for her team, they circle each other warily, before Destiny starts forward and pushes Glory back to a corner, she gets backed off by the referee, but rushes back in, Glory moves out of the way and hits Destiny with a running back elbow in the corner. She then whips her to the opposite corner, when she rushes in, Destiny raises a boot and Glory goes down to the mat, Destiny holds her legs and puts her feet on the rope for leverage.*

She puts a headlock on her and cranks it in, Liberty makes her way back to her feet and elbows Lacey in the stomach once, twice, and finally gets out of it on the third one. Liberty runs to the ropes, Lacey drops down, Liberty hops over her, stops and executes a moonsault over Lacey, catching her on the back. Lacey gets up holding her back, and Liberty takes her head and slams her face first into the mat. She does this twice more, before covering Lacey for the pin.*

Floyd McCarver vs Ian Johnstone
Darren Maddox on Commentary
The show returns from commercials with Ian Johnstone and Floyd McCarver already in the middle of the ring and they are staring at each other. Ian gives Floyd a smirk in an evil way. Floyd shakes his head and is not intimidated by it at all.
The bell rings and here we go!
Ian and Floyd lock up in a test of strength in the middle of the ring as Floyd overpowers Ian back into one of the corners and then runs into the same corner and connects with a Running Clothesline!
Ian crumbles down to the mat as Floyd begins stomping a mudhole into Ian until the referee comes and separates the two men. Ian makes it back up to his feet and knocks down Floyd with a shoulder tackle and then another one and finally a third one! Ian grins at his handiwork.
Harley Meisner: Ian is really taking it to Floyd as the match continues.
Sara Butler: Floyd will regroup and get back into this match.
George Sullivan: Ian needs to keep the pressure on Floyd if he hopes to win this match.
Darren Maddox: McCarver won't be beat that easily. I've faced off against him many times and I know what it takes to beat him. That's why I'll be the one walking out of Unhinged as the new United States Champion. No disrespect to my stepfather, but that title is rightfully MINE and deep down McCarver knows it.
Floyd is lifted back up to his feet by Ian who then throws him against the ropes! Floyd bounces off the ropes and connects with a Spear knocking down Ian!
Floyd then gets into a three point stance looking for the finish of the match as he runs at Ian going for the Carved Up, but Ian is able to move out of the way, causing Floyd to crash shoulder first into the ring post!!
Sara Butler: This could be a game changer here. Floyd could have an injured shoulder.
George Sullivan: He looks to be in a lot of pain. He hit that post very hard!
Darren Maddox: Trust me, a ring post isn't gonna hurt McCarver that much. Come on guys. He's a former football player. He's used to hits like that.
Ian then begins whipping the arm of Floyd into the ring post repeatedly until the referee stops Ian and helps Floyd back up to his feet. Ian pounces on Floyd going for an Arm Bar and Floyd is now struggling as he finally makes his way to the bottom rope, forcing Ian to break the hold or get himself disqualified.
Harley Meisner: Floyd is not looking good in there as this match continues.
Sara Butler: Floyd needs to refocus on the match if he wants to win here tonight.
George Sullivan: That's for sure Sara.
Darren Maddox: He'll get back into this, don't worry about that. There's no way McCarver is gonna let an asshole like Ian Johnstone get the best of him.
Floyd uses his good arm to throw Ian halfway across the ring! Floyd then goes after Ian who rolls out of the ring but Floyd dives through the ropes and knocks Ian down to the arena floor!!
They are now right near the announce table. Floyd looks over at Darren.
Darren Maddox (to Floyd): You don't have to try to impress me out here. I know what you're capable of.
Floyd McCarver (to Darren): I'm not trying to impress anyone. I'm just out here trying to have a good match.
But Darren is now the one to escalate this exchange of words.
Darren Maddox (to Floyd): Naaa, you're trying to show off out here in front of me and playing up the fact that you have MY title! Yeah, I see right through you McCarver.
Now Floyd is getting angry at Darren and shouts at him!
Floyd McCarver: What the hell's with the attitude Darren??!! Stop lashing out against me!! I'm sick of it !!
By now the referee is at the 8 count and both Floyd and Ian are still outside the ring.
Ian is able to take advantage of a very distracted Floyd and he runs at Floyd from behind and knocks Floyd right into the steel steps!!Floyd is down on the floor hurt!
Darren stands up and walks away from the announce table. As he walks by Floyd, Darren looks down at Floyd.
Darren Maddox (to Floyd): I have nothing more to say to you....
Darren leaves the ringside area and heads up the ramp to the back.
The referee calls for the bell!
Harley Meisner: Both Floyd and Ian have been counted out!
Sara Butler: There is some very bad tension between Floyd and Darren. It's sad to see because they are family. I don't like to see them at odds like this.
Floyd slowly heads up the ramp and into the back looking frustrated as ever.
MATCH RESULT: DOUBLE COUNT OUT.
(Backstage right after his match, Floyd McCarver catches up with Darren Maddox and tries to talk to him.)
Floyd McCarver: Darren, let's just go and talk this all out so that you and I can put an end to this negativity between us. I don't want us going into our title match at Unhinged being at odds with each other.
(Darren stands there and stares at Floyd with no expression.)
Darren Maddox: I told you....I have nothing to say to you.
Floyd McCarver: I disagree because it's clear to me that you're still very upset about the fact that I hold the U.S title, the very same title you lost because of Maverick's interference.
Darren Maddox: My son is out of control. He's acting out against me and I have no idea why. But that's not your concern McCarver. Your concern is how you plan to hold onto that U.S title....because I'm coming for it and I WILL be taking it back.
Darren Maddox: I should never have lost it to begin with.
(Now we see Darren's teenage son Maverick Maddox slowly walking up to the two men. Maverick gives a smirk as he looks at Darren.)
Maverick Maddox: Still angry at Grandpa Floyd for something I did? For the record, I don't regret interfering in your title match that caused you to lose the U.S title. In fact, I'm enjoying watching you upset like this.
(Floyd looks at Maverick.)
Floyd McCarver: Maverick, what has got into you? Don't you see how your attitude and behavior is causing your father and I to not get along? If there's something going on with you that's bothering you, then tell us so that we can help you through it. This bad attitude of yours, it's really hurting our family.
(Darren speaks up.)
Darren Maddox: HE DOESN'T CARE. The only thing my son cares about is making my life a living HELL. But that's fine....because the only person my son is hurting is HIMSELF.
(Darren walks away. Floyd takes a deep breath and tries again to talk to Maverick to get him to open up about what the problem is.)
Floyd McCarver: Please tell me what's wrong? Something must be wrong for you to be so against your father like this. You can tell me. Please?
(Maverick pauses for a moment, then replies.)
Maverick Maddox: I hope you win at Unhinged and get to keep your U.S title Grandpa Floyd. Dad doesn't deserve to win.
(Maverick walks away. Floyd stands there confused and frustrated even more now as he watches Maverick leave.)

Rick Henderson: Here's your winner TJ Alexander!
Winner: TJ Alexander via Pinfall
After the match is over. The fans are cheering for TJ Alexander. He has his hand raised by the referee as Mark Frenzy applauds him. Mark walks over and grabs the Intercontinental belt from the time keeper as he climbs into the ring. Mark smirks as he holds the belt he walks over to TJ and hands him the title. Mark walks over and calls for the microphone. Mark brings the mic up to his mouth and speaks.
“Congrats partner! Man, you really took it to him there.” Mark said as he applauded.
“TJ you are a phenomenal talent but the problem is you aren’t facing anyone good.” Mark said as TJ looked confused.
“What needs to happen is someone needs to give you a real challenge.” Mark said as all of a sudden a large man jumps the guardrail and slides into the ring. The man clotheslines TJ hard to the mat. The large man picks up TJ and power bombs him once then lifts him up and Powerbombs him again.
“You see.. this alliance we had is over!” Mark shouted at the down TJ as the large man just stood there.
Mark turns to the crowd
“You see this is a warning to anyone here. You need to be on your game! We will tie them all down one by one. You see this right here my friend and long time tag team partner Fredrick “The Funk” Whitmer.”
Fred nodded and cracked his knuckles a bit.
“This is only the beginning and Tj go get yourself a partner if you think you can beat us. Get ready for dominance. Get ready for excellence. Get ready for Greatness!”
Mark and Fred raise their hands as For The Glory by All Good Things plays over the PA system.
(The show goes to a commercial break)
Thanatos vs John Blade
The show returns from commercials with Thanatos and John Blade already in the ring as the referee asks for the bell to ring in order to start the match.
There is no code of honor between these two men as they lock up in the middle of the ring with Thanatos gaining the upper hand and tossing Blade into one of the corners and runs in and knocks down Blade.
Blade makes it quickly back up to his feet and locks up with Thanatos again in the middle of the ring but this time Blade is able to connect with the Sitout Slam to Thanatos.
Harley Meisner: Blade really bringing it to Thanatos as the match continues.
Sara Butler: Thanatos will get back into this match just you wait and see.
George Sullivan: Blade is looking to leave tonight with a victory after a loss last week on Friday Night Thunder.
Blade is waiting for Thanatos to get back up to his feet but instead of getting up as you would expect a normal person would, Thanatos instead does a spooky crab walk that scares the hell out of Blade who backs away from Thanatos into the corner.
Thanatos continues to crawl towards Blade and picks him back up to his feet and connects with the Sister Abigail to Blade. Thanatos goes for the cover but only gets a long two count as Blade gets his left shoulder off the mat.
Blade uses the ropes to get back up to his feet, Thanatos goes for the Mandible Claw submission hold but Blade elbows Thanatos getting out of the submission hold. Blade connects with the hip toss and then does his trademark "you can't see me" taunt to Thanatos before connecting with the five knuckle shuffle.
Harley Meisner: Once again Blade has taken control of the match over Thanatos.
Sara Butler: Come on Thanatos, you need to get back into this match if you hope to win here tonight.
George Sullivan: Blade needs to keep the pressure on Thanatos if he wants to get the win here tonight.
Blade is now waiting for Thanatos to get back up to his feet as he's now on spaghetti legs and turns right into Blade who then connects with the Attitude Adjustment.
Blade then goes for the cover and gets the three counts as the referee counts Thanatos' shoulders down to the mat. The referee raises the arm of John Blade signifying that he's the winner of the match. Thanatos exits the ring and heads back to his locker room as John Blade continues to celebrate the victory in the ring before he exits the ring as he high fives the fans as he makes his way up the entrance ramp as the show goes to a commercial break.
Winner: John Blade by Pinfall!!!
Gracie Lopez vs Maxine Rush
(The bell rings for the match to start, we see Maxine and Gracie standing in the ring through the pyro fog that is lingering in the air after Gracie’s entrance, Gracie is looking focused with a hint of anger on her face, and we can also see the knee brace on her leg as well as it being wrapped after the attack last week on it. Maxine charges Gracie and tries to target the leg the first thing but she sidesteps her followed by a clothesline to the back of the head for Maxine’s troubles. Maxine lays on the mat afterwards holding her head from that clothesline.)
George Sullivan: You think Gracie is ready? I mean she looks ready, like she did before the injury happened.
Harley Meisner: Her leg and knee will be the target moving forward, I wonder if she’s healed enough.
Sara Butler: I guess she needs to have it tested out, that’s what most athletes do with injuries like that.
(Gracie keeps control of the match after that clothesline, to a point where she wants to fly from the ropes but there’s some hesitation when she gets up there. Because of the tiny hesitation Gracie showed, Maxine took advantage and swung the momentum back to her side.)
George Sullivan: Did you see that? Gracie hesitated to do a high-flying move, I’d never seen her do that before.
Harley Meisner: That injury she has is playing with her mind, she needs something to get over that hump. You can practice all you want but once you get in that ring it’s a different ballgame, and she’s finding that out.
(Maxine thinks she has Gracie grounded but as the match progresses, you can see the hesitation she has started to go away and Gracie starts to become the person everyone knows her for, she starts jumping off the ropes and using the speed to her advantage to a point where Maxine struggles to keep up. Maxine never backed down during the entire thing and finally caught Gracie with a HIGH back body drop, Gracie almost hit the lights with the hight she had. Maxine goes for the pin)
1……….
2………
(Gracie kicks out at the count of 2. After the pin attempt, Maxine starts to target the leg but Gracie kicks her off by using her good leg, the more Maxine tries to go for the leg, the more aggressive and harder the kicks become for Gracie. As the match progresses, they start fighting on the top rope, and Gracie hits a sunset flip off the top rope! The same move that injured her months ago, and this time, it was a smooth landing. She lays on the mat for a second before Kipping up and yelling out a victory screech. Gracie goes outside to hit her finisher, Style, and Grace. It’s her version of the Springboard 450, and it connects! She goes for the pin.)
1………
2……….
3!
(She climbs the turnbuckles after the bell and stands on the rope, you can see her mouth the words “I’m back!”)
George Sullivan: What an emotional win for Gracie here, coming back from that damaged leg and she’s back to her former self.
Harley Meisner: For how long? She has that 3 stages of hell match coming up and that match alone takes years off your career, and with a damaged leg, I don’t think it’ll last long. It’s hanging on by a thread now. One false move and POP!
Winner: Gracie Lopez

Lord Raab vs Jenn Makarios
(The bell rings as Jenn and Raab lock up in the middle of the ring, Raab gets the early advantage by forcing Jenn into the near side corner. He throws a punch but Jenn ducks it and Rabb swings at an invisible person, while he does that Jenn got herself out of the corner and stomps on his foot with anger before punching him across the jaw. Raab falls to the ground and rolls out of the ring to regather himself. He didn’t expect Jenn to be like this…)
George Sullivan: Jenn is looking to show out in her hometown.
Harley Meisner: Not against Lord Raab she’s not.
(Every move that Jenn makes the crowd is behind her, 100 percent. Raab slides back into the ring and takes advantage of the match to the crowd's dismay. But Raab ignores it like he has ignored Alexis, Jenn’s sister. He keeps his attack on her but she starts to fight back. She starts to show signs of aggressiveness behind every punch and kick she makes. Once Raab is on the ground, Jenn starts taking out the legs, both legs, by smacking them on the edge of the ring or wrapping them around the ring post area, enough to where Raab doesn’t have much strength left to stand. The ref gets in the way of any more damage Jenn could do to those legs before Raab uses that to advantage and knocks the ref down in the process as Jenn shoves him into Raab.)
George Sullivan: The zebra is down!
Harley Meisner: Oh god! Things are gonna go off the rails here now.
(With the ref down, Jenn uses this to her advantage by kicking Raab right between the legs! Rabb falls holding that area, to the grin of Jenn and the crowd's amusement. But it wasn’t just once she did that, she did that twice with a knee in that area now. And since the ref is down, he can’t see what’s happening.)
George Sullivan: Oh man this can’t be good!
Harley Meisner: Jenn is looking to beat Raab here.
(Lord Raab gets back up to his feet and starts punching away at Jenn who is now trying to get out of the ring so Lord Raab follows her outside of the ring and runs at Jenn knocking her back first into the barricade for a few times.
Lord Raab then backs up and goes for a high impact move to a prone Jenn on the barricade but at the last minute Jenn is able to move out of the way causing Lord Raab to crash through the barricade. Jenn is crawling away back towards the ring as she looks on as the referee is still down. Lord Raab doesn't know where Jenn is but starts moving out the remains of the barricade and back into the ring.
Jenn grabs a cheese grater from under the ring and rolls back into the ring and then uses it against the area of Lord Raab not once, not twice but three times to the area before she throws it away.
Jenn then tries to go for a submission hold but Lord Raab kicks her off to the outside, Jenn grabs something from under the ring and hides it as Raab grabs her by the hair. She swings the object in her hand toward his head knocking him out, she throws the object back under the ring. The camera tries to pick up what it can’t be seen. Jenn goes for the cover)

3!
(But as soon as the 3 count happens, we see Gracie hop the barricade and they start brawling in the ring! Gracie goes for a superkick but Jenn dives the other way and gets out of the ring as quickly as she can and runs through the crowd. Gracie looks down at Lord Raab before scuffing at him before she leaves the ring.)

Alexis Makarios-Lopez vs Chris Smith
(The show comes back from a commercial to show Chris Smith already in the ring, awaiting his opponent)
Announcer: The following match is scheduled for one fall and is for #1 Contendership to the Mayhem Championship! Introducing first, from The United Kingdom, he is The Freak… CHRIS SMIIIIIIIIITH!!!
(The crowd reacts mostly with boos. A few cheers sprinkled in, but the Aussie fans were not too keen on this man.)
George Sullivan: The fans here are not supportive of Chris Smith at all, it’s almost like he’s at a disadvantage here.
Harley Meisner: Well, we are in Australia, and they tend to be upside down on stuff.
(As his music cuts, the opening lyrics to Halestorm's “I Like It Heavy” start to pulse over the speakers)
Some like beautiful, perfect and pretty
I see the good in the bad and the ugly
(The fans ERUPT in cheers for their home town hero. As the song progresses, Alexis comes out onto the stage and stands there, soaking in every second of the fans cheers.)
Announcer: And his opponent, from Sydney, Australia… she is a former ICW World Champion and a member of the Wreckoning… ALEXIS MAKAAAAAAAAAARIOS!!!
Harley Meisner: HEY! I can’t hear!
George Sullivan: HA! Listen to this crowd!
(She smirks as she makes her way down to the ring and gets in, staring down Smith, who just glares back at her. She winks at him before posing on the turnbuckle for the fans. Her music fades and she hops down, standing across from Smith. The referee checks both for weapons before signaling for the bell.)
DING DING DING
(The fans are chanting “FIRECRACKER! FIRECRACKER!”, which Alexis is soaking in. Smith looks annoyed as he lunges at her. She sees it coming and side steps, causing him to rush right into the ropes. She turns around and grabs his arm, Irish Whipping him into the opposite ropes. He bounces off and rushes towards her, but she jumps over his back. He catches himself on the opposite ropes and stops, causing her to turn around just in time for him to grab her head and slam her to the mat. He tries to put her in the guillotine choke, but she manages to get away before he can.)
Harley Meisner: Chris Smith needs to get this crowd out of his head and start showing Alexis what he’s made of or else he’ll let this opportunity slip through his fingers.
George Sullivan: Alexis is hell-bent on getting her hands on Lord Raab, and she’s going to do ANYTHING to win, I’ve followed her career enough to know that.
(She hops to her feet quickly and rushes at him, spearing him into the corner. She proceeds to kick him in the gut multiple times before climbing up to the second rope and connecting with several fists to his head. He grabs her and uses his strength to his advantage, powerbombing her to the mat. She hit hard and bounced as he drops down for the pin.)
1… KICKOUT
George Sullivan: Chris Smith didn’t have enough to keep her down….
Harley Meisner: He’s a powerhouse but that wasn’t enough. He needs to do more, he needs to work on her ribs more.
Sara Butler: And he needs to step it up a notch too.
(She writhes in pain on the mat as he argues with the referee. She grabs him and rolls him up for a schoolboy.)
1…2…3? NO KICKOUT!
(he managed to squirm out of the surprise roll up just before the 3. He pops to his feet and grabs her by her hair, lifting her up to her feet. The 11 inch height difference is apparent, as he tries to intimidate her. Alexis instead laughs in his face before stomping on his foot! This cause him to let go of her hair for a moment, but wasn’t enough time for her to take control. He reached out and grabbed her by the throat, preparing for a chokeslam.)
Harley Meisner: There’s the power! He’s going to break her bones as soon as he slams her to the ground!
Sara Butler: Oh god!
(Before he can lift her up, she is able to pry his hand from her throat. She then slaps him across the face and grabs his head, dropping him to the mat with a DDT! Once he is down, she hops up to the top rope, and takes this time to turn and springboard, hitting him with a Down Under Thunder! She jumps to her feet and looks like she is stalking him. The crowd is going nuts! He gets to his feet but before he can turn around she attacks! She leaps up behind him, puts her knees in his back and pulls him down, flips him over, and puts him in the Aussie Lock!)
George Sullivan: Chris is starting to fade here!
(He attempts to get to the ropes but she wrenches the move as tight as she can, preventing him from getting to the ropes. After several moments of trying to escape, he is forced to tap out.)
DING DING DING
Announcer: And the winner and your #1 Contender for the Mayhem Championship… ALEXIS MAKAAAAAARIOOOOOOS!!!
(The crowd is on their feet, cheering and chanting for their hometown hero. The ref holds up Alexis’s hand in victory. She then rolls out of the ring and grabs a mic.)
Alexis Makarios: Lord Raab… YOU’RE NEXT!
(She throws the mic down)
George Sullivan: Alexis is making it known that she wants Lord Raab, and he’s in trouble!
Harley Meisner: This is Lord Raab’s fault and now he’s going to pay for it.
(The show fades away to the ICW Logo before fading completely away)
[Segment will be added as it is received]
Non-Title
