[The Video package for ICW Monday Night Carnage plays throughout the arena before the cameras pan around showing off the sold out live audience and the Video Screen layout of the fans watching from home.]
(Alexis sat at the table with a clipboard on it that contained a contract for her Mayhem Title defense at Crime and Punishment. Eddie Lopez Sr stood next to her, to officiate the signing. Alexis raised a mic)
Alexis: As I stated last week, I said I was gonna come out here with a contract. And here it is. All ready for the first person with enough balls to come on down and sign it. I got Old Man Lopez here to oversee the whole thing and make it official. So… without wasting any more time… who is gonna take me up on my challenge?
(She leaned back in the chair and propped her feet up on the table, waiting)
(Fozzy - Shine Forever plays as Rom comes walking out onto the stage. He starts walking down the ramp, paying attention to the fans as he does so. After getting down to the ring he walks up the steps onto the apron. Rom climbs up onto the turnbuckle and poses there for a moment listening to the cheers from the fans. He climbs down off the turnbuckle.)
(As Romeo Youngblood climbs off the turnbuckle, Alexis takes her feet down and watches him closely)
Alexis: Well well well… certainly not who I thought I'd see out here. I was expecting some idiot like Enforcer or one of the dumbasses me and EJ whooped last show. But this? Well this is a pleasant surprise. I haven't seen or heard from you in a while. I wanna say the last time we saw you was December when EJ kicked your ass. But that doesn't matter right now.
Rom: Yeah I'm sure you were expecting someone else. But I seen the opportunity when no one else was being given a chance against you... So I decided to take it upon myself when I heard about your little open challenge.
(Rom walks over towards the table and sits down in the chair across from Alexis and gives the contract a quick look through.)
(Rom grabs the pen and signs the contract, then slides it over to Alexis. She nods and signs it as well. Eddie looks at them both and signs his name on it as well, keeping ahold of the clipboard.)
Alexis: And with that… its official. I'll see you at Crime and Punishment.
Rom: Yes, you will. Now make sure you don't hurt yourself out there tonight in the Main Event. Would hate to see you at less than 100% for our match. Because when I beat you, I don't want any excuses.
(Alexis scoffed)
Alexis: I could beat you at 50% with one arm tied behind my back. Don't you worry about me. Just make sure YOU are in tip top shape. Because I want us to steal the show before I beat you.
(She winked at him as she made her way out of the ring, sending the show to commercial)
#Gr8ness (Mark Frenzy & Fred Whitmore) vs Fire & Brimstone
*The match begins with Angellus and Fred in the ring, Angellus comes forward, and puts Fred in a side headlock, Fred tries to push him off towards the ropes, but instead Angellus cranks the headlock on harder, causing his momentum to come to a stop. Angellus then brings him down to the mat with a headlock takeover. Fred reverses this into a headscissors on Angellus, but Angellus gets out immediately. Angellus gets to his knees, but Fred is already on his feet and hits him with a running knee to the chest, then hits him with a short DDT. He goes for the cover..*

Later that Night!
George Sullivan: Wow…. I’ve never seen Miss Liberty so focused before.
Harley Meisner: What a win tonight for Miss Liberty.
Rick Henderson: The winner of this match.....MISS LIBERTY!
(Nakano heads up the ramp and into the back as Cassandra raises Miss Liberty's arm in victory! But suddenly Miss Liberty notices something on the Tron......)
(The following feed shows up on the Tron as we find Glory laid out and unconscious face down on the floor and a pair of heavy black boots fleeing the scene.)
Sara Butler: Oh goodness. Whoever that was, they got Glory!
Harley Meisner: We need a medic back there for that young lady pronto!
George Sullivan: This is absolutely sickening to watch. Who are these cowards? What do they want with the Freedom Fighters and why, dammit? WHY!?!
(The show fades off the air!)

“The world, ladies and gentleman, stands on the precipice of change. In everyday lives, with everyday people, conflicts arise that cause us to question what we believe in. Each person will react in one of two different ways: Refusal and acceptance. Refusal to give in, choosing instead to fight and rail against that which oppresses us, or acceptance to just roll over and succumb, finding it easier to be the slave rather than the master. The “morals” of our society have been deliberately manufactured to keep us in fear, keep us enslaved, and keep us from rising up against any authority figure. I am here to show you another way. A way that’s not confined to any sort of law or code, save one. Survival of the fittest. Kill or be killed. Rule or be ruled. People in ICW commit violence in an attempt to intimidate or control. They together or apart are not smart enough to realize that the violence is incidental, and tragically, the purpose of violence is lost on them. In order to preach with violence, to use the fist as a pen and blood as the ink, you have to understand what it means to be free. Truly free without limits or bounds, answerable to no one. Through that freedom, your words will flow through your actions. You will become respected. You will become envied. You will become feared. So, when the blood begins to flow, when the weight of the dead begins to pile upon your shoulders, ask yourself which side you want to be on. Would you rather join the broken bodies around you, or would you rather join us, triumphant upon the pile of death? It’s your choice. Our word is never without its backing actions. We are The Resurgence. Sworn enemy of ICW’s continued idiocy and injustices. We Have no mortal enemy, just those who refuse to see clearly what we lay infront of them. Heed with Caution. Until next time.”

(Backstage we see the United States champion Darren Maddox inside the locker room of the Mayhem champion Alexis Makarios. He is there to confront her face to face before their match tonight in regard to the issue of his son Maverick and why Alexis has been avoiding the teenager when her and Maverick used to be so close.)
Non Title
(The bell rings as EJ and TJ stare each other down in the ring but soon they lock up with each other. TJ gets the early advantage but it doesn’t last long as EJ comes back with a dropkick that sends TJ to the arena floor. On the floor, TJ nods his head he knows that he’s in for a battle with this guy so he slides back into the ring and takes EJ down to the ground with a side headlock, he keeps EJ grounded for the time being, but we know that EJ won’t stay down for long. )
Winner: TJ Alexander via pinfall

(The tron fades to Glory discovering Miss Liberty trapped inside a locked closet, unconscious.)
Glory: “OH MY GOD..LIBERTYYY!!”
(Glory rushes to her side and wastes no time quickly untying her bound hands and feet as Miss Liberty comes to from her state of unconsciousness.)
Glory: “W-What happened?! Who did this to you?”
(Miss Liberty mutters something in her daze, pointing at something. Glory follows her finger and sees a message in what appears to be dried blood smeared all over the wall. It reads, 'CAPTAIN FREEDOM IS NO MORE. SEE YOU GIRLS VERY SOON!')

(The tron opens to Glory and Miss Liberty conversing in a follow up of the attack.)
Glory: "I'm just sayin' you're not 100 percent going into this. I can ask Cassandra to call off the match. I'm sure She'll not want you wrestling injured and skyrocketing the insurance bills."
(Miss Liberty sighs, stopping dead in her track as she glares at Glory incredulously.)
Miss Liberty: "You wanna help me? Then stay here in the back and let me do this alone. Do your superhero patrolling or whatever you want to do. If those goons try to sneak attack you then take them out before they get to you like they did with me."
Glory: "BUT--"
(Glory opened her mouth to argue, but Miss Liberty pressed a finger to her lips silencing her.)
Miss Liberty: "No! Listen to me. I want to handle my business in the ring on my own. Got it?"
(Glory debated and then shook her head in defeat, not wanting any trouble from her pissed off partner who could as easily snap a neck outright with her bare hand if she wanted to. In a way she was grateful that she wasn't in Maxine's shoes, knowing the foul mood that Miss Liberty seemed to be in on this night, and who could really blame her?)
Glory: "Hey, you do you, girl. Go out there and kick ass! I'm just going to hang out here, doing my superhero thing while you do your thang in the ring. Don’t worry I’ll be on the lookout and keep my eyes peeled."
(Miss Liberty then cracks a smirk at Glory and fist bumps her partner before turning around and heading toward the tunnel leading to the gorilla section right before the curtains.)

The Enforcer vs John Blade
The show returns from commercials with John Blade making his way down to the ring as the live crowd is cheering him as he enters the ring.
Harley Meisner: John Blade is looking for a good match against The Enforcer.
Sara Butler: The friendship and respect between the two of them will have to go out the window as this match is a top caliber contest for a shot at a future world heavyweight championship opportunity.
George Sullivan: John Blade has the utmost respect for everything that The Enforcer has done in his career but tonight he needs to keep on the gas as he can't afford to play second fiddle to anyone including The Enforcer.
The theme song of The Enforcer plays over the arena as The Enforcer makes his way down the entrance ramp and into the ring.
Harley Meisner: The Enforcer looks like he has been etched out of stone as he is prepared for this fight tonight.
Sara Butler: At one time these two men were the worst of rivals but as time and matches went on, the respect and friendship between the two men built up.
George Sullivan: Like you said earlier when John Blade came out, The Enforcer needs to put all that on the back burner and come out swinging against John Blade.
John Blade and The Enforcer circle one another in the middle of the ring as both are jocking for position as they lock up in a collar and elbow tie up in the middle of the ring. The Enforcer uses his power to push John Blade back into the corner and then unloads soup bones on John Blade.
John Blade is rocked in the corner as the referee backs The Enforcer away briefly as John Blade pulls himself up in the corner only to get hit with an elbow in the corner. The Enforcer then walks out of the corner as John Blade falls down to the mat.
The Enforcer stands in another corner as he waits for John Blade to get back up to his feet. John Blade rolls out of the ring and hopes to keep the momentum away from The Enforcer. The Enforcer decides that he's not going to allow John Blade to get much rest on the outside of the ring as he vaults over the top rope with the no-handed dive and knocks John Blade down to the arena floor.
Harley Meisner: What a move by The Enforcer! He hasn't busted that one out in some time.
Sara Butler: That just goes to show you that this match is very important to The Enforcer.
George Sullivan: John Blade didn't get all of the move but enough to knock him down on his ass on the outside of the ring.
The Enforcer sits up as John Blade is struggling to get back up to his feet using the ring apron to pull himself back up to a vertical base. The Enforcer throws John Blade back into the ring and rolls back into the ring himself.
The Enforcer wrings the arm of John Blade as he shouts "Old School" and then climbs to the top rope going for the signature clothesline to the back of the neck of John Blade but as The Enforcer jumps off the top rope going for the clothesline, John Blade is able to scoop The Enforcer over his shoulders and connects with a variation of the Attitude Adjustment.
John Blade has used up all his strength doing that move to The Enforcer that he has a momentary pause before he can go for the pinfall attempt to The Enforcer who kicks out after a long two counts. John Blade begins pumping himself up off of the reaction from the ICW Universe and then connects with the Five Knuckle Shuffle stunning The Enforcer back up to his feet.
Harley Meisner: This is where John Blade needs to step on the gas and put away The Enforcer.
Sara Butler: That's going to be easier said than done as John Blade is really breathing hard as the match continues.
George Sullivan: Can John Blade pull off the miracle here tonight and defeat his long term rival in The Enforcer?
John Blade hoists The Enforcer once again on top of his shoulders as he goes for another Attitude Adjustment but The Enforcer is able to roll off John Blade's back and lock in Takin' Care of Business which is his version of the Dragon Sleeper onto John Blade.
The Enforcer then transitions from Takin' Care of Business into the Tombstone Piledriver. The Enforcer then goes for the cover on John Blade who just happens to be in distance of the bottom rope and reaches it stopping The Enforcer from getting the win there.
The Enforcer is pissed off now as John Blade is still in this match based on a technicality. The Enforcer Irish whips John Blade against the ropes and upon his return kicks him in the midsection causing John Blade to double over and then The Enforcer connects with the St. Louis Stunner in the middle of the ring as the referee counts the three count.
Harley Meisner: What an amazing match between these two men! I can't wait to see them go at it again in the future.
Sara Butler: You can't take anything away from John Blade, he brought the fight tonight to The Enforcer but it just wasn't enough for him to get the victory.
George Sullivan: The Enforcer proved once again, why this is his yard and we're just mere spectators at his awesome architecture that is his legendary career.
Winner by pinfall: The Enforcer!!!
John Blade and The Enforcer embrace before The Enforcer back flips out of the ring giving John Blade the ring as The Enforcer makes his way up the entrance ramp and to his locker room.
John Blade just looks into the live crowd with a defeated expression on his face before they start chanting his name and powering him up as he exits the ring as the show goes to a commercial break.

Floyd hypes the crowd up again and waits for Randino to get up and goes for "Brutal", but Randino moves out of the way causing Floyd to bounce off the ropes into a german suplex!
Randino calls for the powerbomb and puts Floyd into position for it and attempts it but Floyd slides out of the move and hits a reverse neckbreaker and waits for Randino to get to his feet and hits "Carved Up"!
He goes for the pin.

Alexis Makarios: I truly meant every word I said. You know I never meant to hurt Mav. I would never do anything to purposely hurt him. You know that. I truly thought I was doing right by him. Your words actually got through to me. No games, no tricks, no ulterior motives. I...
(She took in another deep breath.)
Alexis Makarios: I really am sorry. Thank you for opening my eyes.
(She looked him straight in the face. Unwavering, no signs of deception or trickery of any sort. Just pure, sincere remorse.)
(He could tell that she meant what she was saying.)
Darren Maddox: .....I believe you.
Darren Maddox: But..... you need to understand that we're not just talking about a few weeks of ignoring Mav. It's been MONTHS of you ignoring him. This isn't gonna get fixed overnight. You realize that, right?
(He is trying to make sure she knows just how much Maverick has been hurt by her neglect of him.)
Alexis Makarios: Yeah. I fucked up big time. I'm actually quite pissed at myself. I know it's gonna take time and a lot of effort to restore things. And I'm prepared for that. If he doesn't want to see me, I get that. If you guys don't want me around him.. I get that too. Let's face it... I'm not always the best role model.
(She shrugged a bit.)
Alexis Makarios: But I'm dedicated to making it up to him. But how and when... that's a decision I leave up to you 3. I will respect your wishes in that area. I know... that's a first, right?
(She let out a slightly nervous chuckle. It was clear she was trying to divert things with a bit of humor.)
Darren Maddox: I want what's best for Mav, and I DO feel strongly that you can repair this. I think he would love it if you and him have the chance to fix things.
(She looked excited.)
Alexis Makarios: Name the time and place!
Darren Maddox: Well....before I can do that, I'm gonna have to talk to Lycra about it. I don't wanna keep anything from her and she has a right to know that you're gonna start trying to mend things with Mav.
(Darren knows that talking to Lycra about this will not be easy, given how things were left between Lycra and Alexis. They were once close friends, now rivals.)
Alexis Makarios: I 100% agree. Like I said, I will respect you guys' wishes in this. I just want the chance to fix my mistakes. I know how stubborn Lycra can be. And our last interactions were... less than positive. If you want... I can talk to her? Or maybe the three of us together can have a mature chat?
(This was all very different for Alexis. Usually she did what she wanted, when she wanted. Forget the consequences! But where Mav was concerned... things were different.)
Darren Maddox: The three of us need to discuss this and work out a plan before we even approach Maverick. All three of us need to be on the same page before we go to Mav, otherwise this will fail before we even begin to start the healing.
Darren Maddox: Look... I know you got your hands full with Youngblood right now, but after the pay per view, we need to make a plan that is best for Maverick.
Darren Maddox: For tonight, let's just go out there and have us a great match. Deal?
Alexis Makarios: Rom is barely a blip on my radar. I'm sorry, I know he's your friend... or used to be? I can't keep track anymore. Regardless, I'm not concerned about him right now. After Crime and Punishment we can sit down and have a discussion. But as for tonight...
(The famous smirk took over her face as she extended her hand for a handshake.)
Alexis Makarios: I hope you are ready for a fight. Because you know damn well that I'm gonna bring it. Same as I know you are. No punches pulled, nothing held back. Between those bells... nothing else exists. That's one thing we agree on.
(Darren gave her a smirk.)
Darren Maddox: Don't think you're walking out tonight with a win over me because you're not.
Alexis Makarios: Bring it. You know I ain't easy to beat. You gotta earn that shit.
Darren Maddox: ......I'll see you out there.
(Keeping the smirk on his face, he turned and left her locker room.)

TJ Alexander vs Eddie Lopez Jr.
(The bell rings as EJ and TJ stare each other down in the ring but soon they lock up with each other. TJ gets the early advantage but it doesn’t last long as EJ comes back with a dropkick that sends TJ to the arena floor. On the floor, TJ nods his head he knows that he’s in for a battle with this guy so he slides back into the ring and takes EJ down to the ground with a side headlock, he keeps EJ grounded for the time being, but we know that EJ won’t stay down for long. )
George Sullivan: These two are feeling each other out here, but we know what these two are capable of.
Harley Meisner: We do, that’s what makes this a great match-up.
Sara Butler: We’re in for a great one
(Soon both competitors start going back and forth with counters after counters to the moves they try to do on each other. Everything happened in so fast that the fans enjoyed every minute of it, they start chanting for both of them as they kept countering their moves. TJ finally managed to keep EJ grounded with the most devastating move in wrestling history, the chinlock. But EJ starts fighting out of it, and hits a back slam on TJ. Both guys are down on the mat now trying to gather whatever breath they need before getting up on their feet again.)
George Sullivan: These two are putting on a wrestling clinic, it’s hard to keep up with what move they’re gonna do next!
Harley Meisner: Well I’m sure they will be the match of the night if they keep this up.
(As soon as they got up on their feet, they went full force again with each other. The match spills to the outside where they start fighting around the ringside area and followed by a HUGE springboard moonsault by EJ that drops both of them to the ground again to the fans loud and vocal chants for them to keep wrestling. EJ rolls TJ back into the ring but when EJ tries to slide back into the ring but a a hand comes from under the ring and prevents EJ from getting into the ring. EJ yanks the person from under the ring and it’s fred from Greatness! The ref and him get into an argument while Mark Frenzy shows up and blasts EJ in the head before throwing TJ on top of him)
George Sullivan: What the hell?
Harley Meisner: EJ has a target on his back.
(The ref turns around not seeing what happens and drops down to make the count.)

Alexis Makarios vs Darren Maddox
The bell rings as Maddox and Alexis circle around each other and they lock up, Maddox tries to tackle Alexis to the ground but it doesn’t work. Maddox steps back for a moment to regather himself to figure out how to approach her.
George Sullivan: These two have history and Maddox is trying to figure out how to approach her.
Harley Meisner: That and he tried to knock her down and she didn’t budge. I’m sure he has a plan for this match.
Sara Butler: These two are also rivals from long ago, so I’m sure they’re feeling each other out right now.
They lock up in the middle of the ring again before Maddox shoves Alexis down on her back, overpowering the girl, and this is where he starts to take over the early going of the match. He bodyslams Alexis to the ground and goes for a quick pin.
1…….
Alexis kicks out at the one cunt. She’s not ready for that nonsense. She stands up on her feet and throws a wild forearm into Maddox's face. After that they start throwing fists at each other, trying to get the upper hand and Alexis finally gets the upper hand and pins Maddox up against the far corner, she lays in a loud, thunderous chop across his chest.
George Sullivan: That chop echoed….and look at the face on Darron, he wasn’t expecting that.
Harley Meisner: She left a handprint on his chest!
Alexis keeps the control of the match before they start fighting on the outside, Maddox gets the upper hand when he throws Alexis into the steps before rolling her back inside of the pin.

2……
Alexis kicks out at the count of 2, and Maddox doesn’t let her breathe, he jumps on her and keeps beating her down but she fights back. She doesn’t take that kindly. When they got back up on their feet, she hits another forearm that staggered Maddox with spaghetti legs.
Suddenly we now see The Enforcer coming out from the back and he is walking down the ramp slowly to ringside...
Harley Meisner: What is Enforcer doing out here?
George Sullivan: Hopefully not to cause any trouble.
Darren stops and puts his attention to Enforcer.
Enforcer looks up at Darren and speaks.
Enforcer: I'm out here to watch. I'm not looking to interfere.
Now Alexis gets vocal as she shows her annoyance at Enforcer and goes over with Darren to the ropes and she shouts down to Enforcer.
Alexis: No one paid to see your dumb ass come out here. Go away and let the REAL stars continue the show!
Darren shouts down to Enforcer.
Darren: Take your ass right back up that ramp right now!
We now see Rom Youngblood running down the ramp and he goes over to Enforcer and throws him into the ring!
George Sullivan: Why do I get the feeling things are about to get out of control out here!
Enforcer gets tossed in the ring and stands up to see an angry Alexis glaring at him. He turns his head to see an also angry Darren glaring at him. Alexis and Darren both nod and begin to exchange punches on Enforcer! Alexis pushes Enforcer towards Darren and turns her attention towards Rom outside the ring, who shrugs.
The referee is trying to get Enforcer out of the ring, but with no luck. Alexis slides out of the ring and begins yelling in Rom's face. A referee tries to keep them separated as the crowd goes wild! Enforcer goes flying over Alexis's head, taking Rom to the ground! Alexis turns around to see a grinning Darren in the ring.
Sara Butler: Darren just threw Enforcer out of the ring like he was throwing out the trash!
Darren slides out of the ring and stands next to Alexis. They both shrug and start fighting back and forth with their upcoming Crime and Punishment opponents!!
The referee calls for the bell!
Darren slides out of the ring and stands next to Alexis. They both shrug and start fighting back and forth with their upcoming Crime and Punishment opponents!
The referee calls for the bell!
DING DING DING!
Rick Henderson: By order of the referee, this match has been called a NO CONTEST!!!
Security guards are now rushing to the ring! Half go and try to separate Alexis and Rom, the other half go and try to break up Darren and Enforcer!
The brawling continues to end the show!!
