[Monday Night Carnage Opening Video Package Plays]
After the video package closes the cameras pan around the ringside area with the fans in attendance. Then the cameras go backstage.
(The anticipation rippling throughout the corridor, could be traced back to the man of the hour, Colt Knox, a self-assured smile on full display that was mirrored in his stride. A white, long sleeve, collar button-up sprouted from the navy blue vest he donned; a fine pressed matching pair of dress pants were secured around his thirty-some inch waist with a black leather belt and stretched down to a dark pair of socks and design loafers.
But no Payne or Xtreme Championship to be seen. Amanda Williams was among the few to notice this. Feeling her journalist instincts beginning to tingle, she approaches him, extending the microphone toward his bearded lips. The Professor and Intellectual ceased in movement, beginning to believe she had a knack for showing up when she wasn’t needed.)
Amanda Williams: Pardon me, Colt, I wanted to extend a ‘congratulations’ on successfully retaining the Payne Championship AND obtaining the Xtreme Championship...but I can’t help but notice you aren’t carrying them, any explanation for why that is?
(He flexes his eyebrows in response.)
Colt Knox: Of course. But all in due time. My celebration is about to get underway and I wouldn’t want to spoil the surprise for everyone. That’d make me a horrible host. I’m afraid if you’d like to know the answer to that question, you’ll have to gather around the ring along with the rest of the locker room.
Amanda Williams: ‘The rest of the locker room’?
Colt Knox: Yes. I have requested the presence of every individual backstage as this announcement affects everyone in the ICW.
Amanda Williams: Right. Well, I know you have a celebration to get to, so I won’t keep you long, but I have to ask about the business between you and former World Champion: Darren Maddox? At Damage Control you were delivered a parcel of some kind from a mysterious figure, would you like to address that?
(His features gather a perplexed look prior to answering.)
Colt Knox: I don’t know what his angle is or who put him up to it, but these are blatant lies. Darren Maddox and I are not in cahoots. You can rest assure these are the ramblings of a sick man, nothing more, nothing less. When I arrived in the ICW I threatened the well-being of every individual who was responsible for this company’s downfall against Team SFT and that included Mr. Maddox. What we SHOULD be concerned with are the lack of security measures around here. Ordinary civilians shouldn’t find their way backstage with the talent; it creates an unsafe work environment-- what, with COVID-19 rates arising at an alarming rate nationwide.
(Despite his collective demeanor, he too shared in the puzzling of the ICW Universe. Who was the man in question and why did he care so much about keeping Jamo safe?)
Amanda Williams: Also, I would like to note that you gave a plausible performance in the Intercontinental Championship Match, will there be a rematch sometime in the future--
(Having reached his limit with her persistence and inability to decode when someone isn’t in the mood to give her an interview, he raises a palm to her lips and addresses her.)
Colt Knox: My apologies, but none of this is relevant-- fictitious threats of a faceless figure and the Intercontinental Champion aren’t even blips on my radar tonight; both men can rest easy knowing that I’ll be too occupied to pose any kind of threat to them. This is MY night, after all. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I wouldn’t want to keep my guests waiting.
(The scene withers into a small commercial break from ICW sponsors. We return to a view of ringside. A dark canvas blankets the ring adding a touch of sophistication, a mysterious trophy case positioned in its center, the steel posts were draped in decorative streamers with a collection of balloons blimping from each, and a horde of workers and talent alike encircled the outside of the ring.)
Rick Henderson: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome your Unified Xtreme and Payne Champion: COLT KNOXXX!!!
(A marching band makes their way on-stage in unison, arranged in rows of two. Following suit down the ramp, comes a squad of cheerleaders performing somersaults and round-offs to rile the crowd. Rolling their pom-poms mid-ramp in high anticipation of Colt Knox, who upon entry is showered with jeers. His signature smirk, now a massive grin, he ceases in movement, and launches his clenched fists into the air; to which a patriotic blend of pyro responds in a dazzling explosion on-stage and confetti descends like snowfall. He then makes haste to the ring, darting down the ramp, enduring a wave of shimmering garments, to climb the ring. Per his request, he retrieves a microphone from a ringside bystander and retreats behind the sheet draped case. The band music halts. The jeers however, continue. The fans, unmoved by the spectacle.)
Colt Knox: Shortly following the announcement of my promotion to the main roster, I was met with so much ass kissing that by the end of the night my ass was so chapped I had to apply ointment. Envious peers of mine who’d preyed on my downfall since my arrival in the development territories, and who in spite of, I continue to thrive. I remember two important conversations I had, one, with the Commissioner. He shook my hand and said, “This is your big shot. I’m counting on you to be the deciding factor-- the turning point. Take the ICW to the next level.” It goes without saying, but I’ll do so anyway in case there are some among us with selective memory, I achieved unforeseen levels as Payne Champion. I plucked it from obscurity and defended it faithfully. Before me it was like an ‘easy A’, a participation grade, or a consolation prize. Something anyone could qualify for, all they had to do was show up. Not only did I prove myself to being serious about the Payne Championship but each of my encounters as well. Second generation athletes, specters from ungodly realms, each crumbled under the weight of my boot in a meager act of defiance. It may not have been the World Heavyweight Championship, but I defended it as if it were; incentive for why I now sit undisputed and uncontested as the longest reigning Payne Champion in the history of International Championship Wrestling.
(The audience responds with a chorus of jeers, meanwhile Knox takes a small intermission to better collect his thoughts.)
Colt Knox: The second conversation, baffled me, rendered me in a state of speechlessness. The head trainer approached me, he too, shook my hand and asked me, “What kind of Wrestler do you want to be?” He goes on to inform me that there are two kinds, those who are loved and those who are despised. I responded, “I want to leave a legacy that is unparalleled. I want to forge an empire!” He laughed and said, “Knox, if you’re going to go that route, then you’ll be the most hated man in the company. You will be targeted, underestimated, and doubted at every turn despite the transparency and measure of your talent. People will refuse to give you your due until you’ve either left this ring or this world.” Of course I brushed him off. Too arrogant and sure of myself, surely those folks out there want to experience something different, or so I thought. Alas, here I stand today, proven wrong. The most talented, underrated, and despised man in ICW.
(Cameras at ringside get footage of ICW personnel who look on with wariness. Knox poses in a savior-like manner, his head tilts in reverse and arms extend at his sides; basking in the glory of the moment.)
Colt Knox: I’ve carried those conversations with me from the start. With them in mind, I fought and defended the Payne Championship every step of the way until it all culminated in a divisional clash between myself and the now-former Xtreme Champion, Floyd McCarver. I climbed that ladder, rung for rung, forcing myself to its summit with their words buzzing in my ear like an angry honeybee. Their encouragement and wisdom got me up the ladder, but it was my hunger that incited me to reach, grasp, and unhook my latest crowning achievement. No more do the two compete among each other for space among a stacked card; today, they become one. Sharing one identity, one division, one Champion.
(He removes the satin cover from the case, to reveal the latest addition to the ICW trophy case. The words “MAYHEM” painted in bold font in all capital letters, leaped from the main plate. Knox opens the case and takes the championship into his hands for the first time ever, tossing it over his shoulder, he continues.)
Colt Knox: It is with great pleasure that I introduce the ICW Mayhem Championship. 100% genuine leather..fine carved gold plates..the latest in bad-assery, and it’s all mine. As a result of the consumption of the Xtreme division in its entirety, my empire has begun to take form. Grovel before me, you worms, as your Mayhem Champion and know that this is only the beginning. Class dismissed.
(His theme blares as he slowly retreats from the ring, as he saunters up the ramp with the Mayhem Title high over his head, cameras pan to different talent who share expressions of desire and resentment. )
Non-Title
Rom Youngblood & Floyd McCarver vs Jamo & Andrew
The show returns from commercials with Floyd McCarver and Rom Youngblood on one side of the ring as Jamo and Andrew are on the other side of the ring.
Rom and Andrew start the match for their respective teams as Rom overpowers Andrew and throws him halfway across the ring with an Overhead Belly to Belly Suplex.
Rom then throws Andrew into his corner and then they perform a double team move as Floyd lifts Andrew up and then power slams him down to the floor.
Harley Meisner: These two teams are really looking to destroy each other.
Sara Butler: The team of Rom and Floyd is unstoppable.
George Sullivan: The match is still early so it can go on anyone’s favor.
Jamo stamps on the steel steps to get the crowd behind Andrew as Floyd picks up Andrew who connects with a Pele Kick knocking down Floyd.
Floyd gets back up to his feet but not fast enough to stop Andrew from tagging Jamo into the match.
Jamo runs at Floyd and hits the Pounce knocking down Floyd again to the mat. Rom is on the ropes trying to cheer on Floyd back up to his feet.
Harley Meisner: Jamo just came out like a powder keg with that Pounce out of nowhere.
Sara Butler: Rom is chomping at the bits to get back into this match.
George Sullivan: Rom is going to run roughshod over both Andrew and Jamo if he gets into the match.
The ICW Universe can be heard chanting “Floyd, Floyd, Floyd” as well as “Let’s Go Rom”.
Floyd makes it up to his feet and Jamo is waiting to strike with another Pounce but Floyd leap frogs out of the way causing Jamo to crash into the ropes.
Floyd is shaking his hips as he waits for Jamo to get back up to his feet. Floyd grabs Jamo and connects with the Bear Hug in the middle of the ring.
The referee checks the arm of Jamo, it drops once as the referee yells one!, the referee checks the arm of Jamo again and it falls for the second time as the referee yells two! and the ref lifts the arm of Jamo but it doesn’t fall this time as he begins stirring.
Harley Meisner: It was almost over there by Floyd.
Sara Butler: Jamo desperately needs to make a tag to Andrew.
George Sullivan: Jamo might not be able to get all the way across the ring to get to his tag team partner Andrew.
Jamo begins elbowing Floyd causing him to break the grip of the Bear Hug. It’s apparent that the hold has done a considerable amount of punishment to Jamo.
Floyd grabs hold of the foot of Jamo and then drags him back into the corner of Rom and Floyd before tagging back in Rom.
Rom runs over to the other side of the ring and knocks down Andrew from the apron. Rom now turns his attention to Jamo who is beginning to get back up to his feet using the ropes as Rom connects with the Drive By.
Harley Meisner: See what I told you, Rom is just rolling over the competition.
Sara Butler: Rom has really brought back the power of his team.
George Sullivan: Rom also made sure to take down Andrew so he can’t save his partner Jamo.
Rom then bounces off the ropes and connects with the Superman Punch knocking down Jamo. Rom then picks up Jamo and connects with The Nightmare Plunge.
Rom goes for the cover as Floyd keeps Andrew at bay as the referee counts the three counts.
Rom and Floyd celebrate their victory in the ring as Jamo and Andrew head back to their locker room.
Harley Meisner: Rom and Floyd proved tonight that they were the better team.
Sara Butler: Jamo and Andrew came to fight tonight but it just wasn’t enough to pull out the win.
George Sullivan: I can’t wait to see these two teams go at it again in the near future here in ICW.
Winners: Rom Youngblood and Floyd McCarver by Pinfall!
*After the match was finished, Jamo asked for the microphone signaling that he wanted to talk. The fans are going nuts and Jamo smiles towards the fan.*
George Sullivan: Looks like Jamo got something to say after a great match!
Jamo: Now since this match is completed, there is something that I wanted to say right now.
*The fans are still cheering loudly towards Jamo and Jamo signals to get the fans to calm down.*
Sara Butler: Jamo is getting the fans to quiet down a bit, as he is trying to say something.
Jamo: Since what’s happening in America and around the world about the killing of one black man and the others as well. In my family, racism Is never ok and for that frick racisms! We all need to come together to overthrow racism to bring peace to the world. In my family we all welcome any race with open arms cause we bleed the same color. Jamo: Dean I challenge you for my rematch for the world title in match that I wanted to face you is a submission match next week. Accept my challenge and remember every champion have a price on their head when they don’t accept my challenge. Your world title reign will be a short reign and that title is coming back home with The Club!

George Sullivan: What a strong challenge from former world champion Jamo! Look all of these fans right now coming together as one, frick racism!

Winner: The Crow via pinfall
(Scene goes backstage inside of the Locker room of Renegades Elite. All of the girls are there, sitting in a circle.)
Jenn: You ready for your match?
Madison: I am! I’m ready go out there and show them that I mean business.
Gracie: Oh, there’s no doubt that you will. You have to make management take notice. That’s what I did. That’s why i held the women’s title for over 400 days before.
Madison: Right!
Jenn; Just… remember if anything goes down, we have your back. We’ll be out there in a flash. We’re not going to let anybody get the advantage on you. If anybody were to attack, they… have no idea what’s in store for them.
(Kayla is also in the room, she hasn’t been much of late because of this virus and she has to be very careful to where she shows up, so she doesn’t get sick from this virus.)
Kayla: That will be very big mistake by people.
(Jenn nods her head with a smile.)
Jenn: Very big mistake. Hey! This is the first time we’ve been all together in the same place in a couple of weeks.
Gracie: It has! Lots of happened too in those couple of months.
Jenn: Yeah… they sure have.
(Jenn eye balls Gracie and Kayla, as she knows something happened between the two of them but Gracie and Kayla aren’t ready to tell anyone just yet.)
Kayla: Anyway, we’re back here, watching, rooting, and ready just in case something happens.
Jenn: So, let’s talk about how to approach this match.
(the girls start to talk about what will happen in the match, Morgan is in the room and she pushes the camera out of the room so nothing gets leaked.)
[Commercial Break]
Main Event
Fatal Five Way Elimination Match
Guest Commentator Jennifer Carpenter-Lopez
Greta Mace vs Madison Carpenter vs Destiny Storm-Punk vs Hera vs Christianna Tiger
(The bell rings for the match to begin, 5 of females stand in the ring. Madison, Destiny Storm, Christanna, Hera, and Greta. All the girls pick the girls they wanna fight with. Destiny and Christanna team up on Madison while Hera and Greta are fighting each other. Destiny and Christanna beat down the rookie before they battle each other. 4 wrestlers are in the ring now while Madison got dumped to the outside, the 4 girls, Greta vs Vera, Christanna vs Destiny, are fighting each other.)
Harley Meisner: your sister is off to a rough start here…
Jenn Carpenter Lopez: she’s fine. She’s letting the 4 of them tear each other apart before she gets involved, It’s a smart move.
(Match breaks down now, Greta and Hera start to double team on Christanna. Madison lurks on the outside and slithers into the ring to the top rope. She hits her “Phoenix Down” frog splash finisher on Destiny and pins her.)
1…….
2………
3!
Destiny Storm has been eliminated.
George Sullivan: Destiny Storm didn’t even last very long in this match.
Jenn Carpenter Lopez: Of course not! I don’t see the point of why she was in this match, to begin with. Begone with her, thank god. And did you guys see how beautiful that frog splash was?! Clean, crisp, and just how we taught her.
(Match moves from a fatal 5 way to a fatal 4 way now after that elimination, the match pace starts to pick up now. Lightning-fast speed by Madison is showing too. Everyone also has their moment to shine in this match, near fall after near fall happens as a result too but each other them got broken up with no eliminations yet.)
George Sullivan: The question has to be asked, what if down the road, you have to face your sister for that title?
Jenn Carpenter Lopez: I won’t take it easy on her. I didn’t take it easy on Gracie or Alexis. We may be family but If she stands across the ring from me, she’s not family, she’s like everyone else trying to take this championship away from me.
(Greta and Hera had each other and it spills to the outside of the ring, leaving Madison in with Christanna. Madison and Christanna fight all over the ring but Madison starts to get the upper hand with the speed that she has, she hits a springboard code red on Christanna and goes for the pin.)
1………
2…….
3!
Christianna Tiger has been Eliminated.
(Match moves forward in a triple threat now, Greta, Madison, and Hera. Hera and Greta still fighting on the outside, Madison shrugs her shoulders and makes a run towards the ropes. She jumps on the ropes and flies over them to the girls on the outside, knocking all of them down!)
George Sullivan: Madison is on fire in this match!
Harley Meisner: She sure is, I think it’s a star-making performance by her.
(the three of the battle fast, hard and very close. Back and forth the 3 of them go, no matter gets the upper hand, it goes away just as fast. All 3 of these girls are putting on a match of a lifetime that nobody will forget. Hera gets the upper hand as the match goes on, she’s taking it too both Greta and Madison.)
George Sullivan: This is what a main event is all about! These girls are giving each other hell.
Sara Butler: We haven’t had a main event like this in a long time.
(Greta starts to fight back and gets her moment to shine. She has had a lot of moments in this match as well as Hera and Madison. This match has gone over 18 minutes now and even in this point of this match, it’s still close and it’s still as brutal. Greta gets a pin attempt on Madison but she kicks out at the count of 2. She does the same on Hera but again, 2 count happens. Greta and Hera found each other again, it doesn’t take long before Madison tries to roll Greta up from behind.)
1…….
2……..
(Hera breaks it up and throws Madison shoulder first into the ring post. Hera grows a smile, she knows the finish of the match is coming, she grabs Greta by her hair and finishes her off. So she thinks.)
1…….
2……….
Kickout by Greta.
(Greta gets to get feet as Madison and Hera are fighting on the outside, Greta runs to the side and jumps up using the ropes to dive off onto Madison and Hera, in doing so she seems to land awkwardly, and her leg gets jammed underneath her. Greta right away starts talking to the referee who comes over checking on her, Greta seems to be done for in this match, as the referee motions for another to come out. The second referee runs out and helps Greta to the backstage area.)
(Hera looks towards Jenn at ringside then back towards her sister still hanging out by the ring post. Hera shrugs her shoulders and goes after Madison. Hera tries to put Madison away but Madison starts to fight back, she knows she’s cornered so she’s doing what anybody would do, fight back.)
Jenn carpenter Lopez: That’s it! Fight back!
George Sullivan: Management has to be having a close look at Madison here, she’s been through a lot in this match and she’s showing what she’s worth. 2 matches and she’s already proven why she had all the hype around her.
Harley Meisner: Still a flash in the pan…..
Jenn Carpenter Lopez: Just like your career, huh?
Sara Butler: Ouch!
George Sullivan: I can get ice for that burn.
(Harley Minser stands down after Jenn said that. Match in the ring is still going on, nearly 25 minutes has gone in this match and it’s close to the top of the hour, so they should be wrapping up this match soon. But they keep going, it’s as if both of them found a 2nd wind. Madison and Hera are throwing fists at each other!)
George Sullivan: Look at them go!
(Madison starts to pull out her highflying skill set again, that hasn’t been used in a while. When she does the match picks up the pace more, Madison’s multicolored hair streaks across the sky as she flies around the ring. She tries to fly again but Hera knocks her down with a forearm and goes for a pin.)
1….
2…….
Thre…..
(Madison kicks out just in the nick of time! After the pin attempt, Hera has full control of the youngster. Hera seeks to finish Madison off once and for all with “This Cursed Life”. Madison starts to fade fast, the ref gets in there and checks on her, to see if she passes out. She again comes close to passing out but finds life, and drags herself and Hera to the rope by with just a toenail, she has the ropes. Everything Hera tries to do to Madison, Madison always finds a way to kick out or finds the ropes! This just angers Hera even more. She dumps Madison to the outside by the announcer’s table in front of Jenn.)
Jenn Carpenter Lopez: she better not pay attention to what I’m doing and focus on the task at hand.
George Sullivan: Hera is trying to end the match and Madison keeps fighting back! She’s angry!
(the closing moments of the match is fast and furious, and not the crappy movies either. Hera tries to throw Madison into the steps, but she counters! Madison throws Hera shoulder first into the steps, not once but twice! Madison throws Hera into the ring before climbing the turnbuckles. Hera staggers to her feet and climbs the ropes herself. Both women are on the top rope, fighting, throwing punches! Madison blocks a punch and quickly hits a Spanish fly off the top rope! Both women crash to the mat below. Madison crawls to the cover.)
1………
2……..
3!
George Sullivan: WHAT A MATCH!
Harley Meisner: Match of a life time for both of these girls! Holy shit.
George Sullivan: This match wasn’t about times, it was about Pride and both of these girls put it on the line! 35 minutes, they put their bodies through hell!
(Jenn slithers into the ring to check on her sister, but she keeps an eye on Hera, but she’s down the mat as well. Both girls are exhausted from this match.)
Winner: Madison Carpenter via pinfall.
[END OF THE SHOW]
After the video package closes the cameras pan around the ringside area with the fans in attendance.

(His theme blares as he slowly retreats from the ring, as he saunters up the ramp with the Mayhem Title high over his head, cameras pan to different talent who share expressions of desire and resentment. )
